All Levels Vinyasa

This all levels Vinyasa Flow is designed to prepare you for the day, as you close out the week.  Vinyasa Yoga connects breath and movement to maximize the benefits of each pose.  In this practice we will use the poses to reconnect with the body, reintegrating the body, mind and spirit.  You can expect a moderately paced class focused on creating strength, length and endless opportunities to come back to the present moment. 

 
 
 

Private Restorative Yoga

90 MINUTES
$100 PER SESSION

Restorative Yoga utilizes props to encourage the body and nervous system toward a state of deep rest and relaxation. It is active relaxation; stimulating and relaxing the body to move toward balance. Restorative Yoga is about being rather than doing. In this practice, one learns to cultivate the power of attention and through this attention, notice where tension is habitually held and how to release it; allowing the body to come into balance with its own natural rhythms.
