I’m so glad you’re here
As a practicing clinician in the mental health field for 19 years, I practice from the perspective that everyone has the capacity to find peace, empowerment, and freedom within. I work with clients on developing healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate emotions, increase mindfulness and improve their relationship with their body through EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, and embodiment practices. I am honored to bear witness to your story and support you on this journey.

Individual Psychotherapy Services
I specialize in working 1:1 with those dealing with trauma, disordered eating, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
Befriending Your Body Program
(BFYB)™® is a unique 8-week Somatic Self-Compassion Recovery program teaching you the skills of embodiment and self-compassion for disordered eating and making peace with your body, food and self.
Yoga Services
Yoga has been a powerful part of my personal journey, and I’m a firm believer in its ability to help create a deeper mind-body connection. As a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, I offer group and private sessions focused in mindful movement and Restorative Yoga Therapeutics.
