I’m so glad you’re here
As a practicing clinician in the mental health field for 19 years, I practice from the perspective that everyone has the capacity to find peace, empowerment, and freedom within. I work with clients on developing healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate emotions, increase mindfulness and improve their relationship with their body through EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, and embodiment practices.
